Aspect Security’s Williams Receives SmartCEO Magazine’s VOLT Award
Aspect Security is pleased to announce that Jeff Williams, co-founder and CEO, is a winner of the Baltimore SmartCEO magazine’s VOLT award, having been named a pioneering “Cyber Warrior” in the small/emerging business category.
Aspect Security is pleased to announce that Jeff Williams, co-founder and CEO, is a winner of the Baltimore SmartCEO magazine’s VOLT award, which recognizes the accomplishments of Greater Baltimore’s pioneering technology leaders. The honor was announced Thursday, May 10, at a gala at the Westin BWI Hotel in Linthicum, Md. Williams was named a pioneering “Cyber Warrior” in the small/emerging business category.
“This year’s VOLT finalists have greatly contributed to the growth of the regional economy as well as global. Collectively, they channel unique innovation, success-driven implementation, an extraordinary competitive advantage and efficient operations,”
Williams received the Cyber Warrior award in the small/emerging business category and is one of nine winners in three categories being recognized for their company’s creative vision, leadership philosophies, innovative strategizing and undeniable work ethic. The 27 VOLT finalists, chosen from more than 300 submissions, are profiled in the May 2012 issue of Baltimore SmartCEO.
As a pioneer in the software development and security field, Williams is one of the world’s foremost experts on application security. He is the co-founder and CEO of Aspect Security, a consulting firm focused exclusively on application security that supports a worldwide clientele with critical applications in the government, defense, financial, healthcare, services and retail sectors.
