May 11, 2012 - PRLog -- Changing the tires on a Power Wheels vehicle is fairly common. Many people simply do not like the tires that come with most of the Power Wheels toys.
If you simply want a functional tire to replace a worn or damaged one, you can go to to find your correct tire. Once you know what you are looking for, it is relatively easy to purchase them from and install them yourself.
Most Power Wheels include one-time-use cap nuts that keep the tires on the axles. These can be easily removed and do bend in the removal and cannot be replaced. So when purchasing new Power Wheel tires you should also purchase one cap nut for each tire. There is also a capnut tool which makes it so much easier to apply the cap nut onto the axle.
It is important to get the right size for your vehicle. To do that you can go to our website  at and look up your vehicle number. That will bring up a diagram and give you the right tire. You can then order it on the website
Check out the video for removing the capnuts.
