Brachers Appoint New Chief Executive Officer

May 11, 2012 - PRLog -- Philip studied law at University College London and trained at Allen & Overy where he assisted in building the corporate finance department’s telecoms practice. He then moved to Switzerland as senior legal counsel and Vice President (Projects Directorate) at Swisscom AG in Bern. He joined Brachers in 2007, since when he has headed up the Corporate and Commercial team.  He is recognised as a leader in his field and is a member of the IOD (Kent) and the Kent Economic Board (Business Advisory Group).

Commenting on his appointment Philip said: “I am thrilled to have been handed the responsibility of heading up such an established and respected firm.  John has done a tremendous job these last eight years.  He will continue to advise our heath sector clients and also fulfil the role of Risk and Compliance Partner.  He has guided the firm through some interesting economic times.  Despite this the firm has performed well, particularly in the last 12 months.  I plan to build on this momentum whilst at the same time fulfilling the firm’s longer term goals.”
