Shawn Lee, a photographer who founded I SEE DETROIT says, “I've lived in Detroit all of my life and I'm ashamed to admit that I didn't know much of anything about my city . . . but what I’ve found through study, is the affirmation that Detroit is amazing!" He also says, “Many of us have roots and history here. I think this tour is an exceptional way to get the community together to enjoy exploring what is essentially the epicenter of our region, and learn a bit about each other as well.”
