Virginia Non-Profit Organizations Nominated for Toyota 100-Car Giveaway

Online voting for the Toyota 100 Cars for Good giveaway begins May 14, 2012.
May 9, 2012 - PRLog -- Fairfax, Virginia – In April, Toyota announced the 500 finalists for the 2012 Toyota 100 Cars for Good giveaway. Out of the 500 non-profit groups, ten are from right here in Virginia!

Ourisman Toyota sends congratulations and wishes good luck to:

•   Fairfax, Virginia - FACETS Cares, Inc.
•   Orange, Virginia - Guardian Angel Service Dogs
•   Washington, D.C. – AIRF (African Immigrant and Refugee Foundation)
•   Baltimore, Maryland – 4K for Cancer
•   Arrington, Virginia – Blue Ridge Health Center
•   Richmond, Virginia – Freedom House
•   Roanoke Virginia – Bookbag Santa
•   Gloucester, Virginia – The Giving Garden Foundation
•   Smithfield, Virginia – Dogs Deserve Better, Inc.
•   Covington, Virginia – Boy's Home, Inc.
•   Lynchburg, Virginia – Amazement Square

Anyone with a Facebook page may vote daily beginning May 14, 2012. Five charities will go head-to-head every day for 100 consecutive days. The organization with the most votes at the end of each day wins a new Toyota.

The final 500 nominees in the giveaway were selected from thousands of applications submitted by non-profit organizations from all over the United States. The new vehicles to be given away include the 2012 Toyota Highlander SUV, Tundra pickup, Prius v, Camry Hybrid, Sienna or Sienna Mobility minivan.
