OrecX has successfully lab and customer tested its recording platform on the ShoreTel IP-PBX version 1.4-784
Oreka TR is installed remotely at no cost and provides full call/screen recording and quality monitoring functionality for both call centers and ITSPs (Internet telephony service providers). The application is now compliant with the ShoreTel vscat 1.4-784 IP-PBX platform, and it supports the ShoreTel MGCP (Media Gateway Control Protocol) protocol.
