NFL Houston Texan Rashad “Roc” Carmichael Launches Partnership with Polished For Prom, Inc.

May 9, 2012 - PRLog -- Washington, DC- May 2, 2012- Polished for Prom is proud to announce a new
partnership with Maryland native and Houston Texans cornerback, Rashad “Roc”
Carmichael. As a part of the new partnership with Carmichael, Polished For Prom will
expand its program to select a male winner in the DC area in addition to the female
winners that have already been selected. By adding male recipients to the program,
Polished For Prom and Carmichael hope to show one young man the etiquette of a
proper prom night and how to be a true gentleman.

Each year, Polished For Prom selects female high school seniors from across the DMV
area to provide a dream prom experience; students selected by the organization would
otherwise be unable to attend due to financial hardship. “Many people feel like prom
doesn’t mean much to guys, however it is a rite of passage for every teenager,” says
Carmichael. “Teaching a guy to be a gentlemen when attending the prom can have a
great influence on how that guy eventually goes on to treat women.”
