Wick Phillips Closes M&A Transaction for North Texas-based Control Room Design Company

May 9, 2012 - PRLog -- DALLAS – Wick Phillips Gould & Martin, LLP, a full-service business law firm, announces the closing of a successful acquisition of Command & Control Environments, Inc. by Canada-based Evans Consoles Corporation.  Bradley K. Mahanay, partner of Wick Phillips and head of the firm’s Transactions group, represented Command & Control Environments in the negotiations.  The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
