Local Raw Food Expert and Author Schedules Appearances in May/June

May 9, 2012 - PRLog -- Raw food expert and author Lisa Montgomery is proud to announce three events she will be appearing at in May and June.

•   Saturday and Sunday, May 12 & 13 - 11 am to 4 pm: Lisa will be signing books at the Grand Opening of Brad’s Raw Food Chip Factory in Pipersville, PA.  Lisa will be giving a 45 minutes lecture titled, “Living Dynamically with Raw Foods’ on Saturday at 3:15 pm.  For more information:  www.BradsRawFoods.com.

•   Thursday, May 17 – 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm: Lisa Montgomery will be at Girls’ Night Out at Connelly Chiropractic in Limerick, PA, demonstrating and talking about making Summer Smoothies.  Summer is a perfect time to incorporate more raw foods into your diet.   She will also be answering the question: What are raw foods?  Lisa will create many wonderful fresh smoothies in her Vitamix to tantalize everyone's taste buds.  Space is limited. •   Saturday, June 23 – 6 pm to 8 pm: Lisa will be hosting her monthly Raw Potluck Dinner at Reality Pilates Reformer Studio in Royersford, PA.  The guest speaker will be Acupuncturist David Scully who will discuss ‘Food as Therapy’. Lisa Montgomery is the author of four books on living a raw food lifestyle.  She is a Holistic Health Care Practitioner, and has graduated from the Living Light Culinary Arts Institute as an associate/chef instructor.  In 2011, she received her Raw Chef Mastery Certification.
