The Magic Word: Elisabeth Keys wasn't very nice. She teased, argued, made fun of other kids and pushed her way in line. She didn't like anyone. When it came time to invite friends to her birthday party she received no phone calls or replies in the mail.. This made Elisabeth very sad. Elisabeth realizes that the way she treated the other kids at school may not have been a good thing to do. When she starts doing random acts of kindness the kids eventually give her a chance.
Peter and the Whimper-Whineys: Peter is the whiniest rabbit on the planet. Nothing seems to make him happy. He whines if he can't be the boss when playing games with his sister. He even whines because he thinks his sister gets more soup than he does at dinner time. Peter throws tantrums and makes terrible whining noises. Finally, his mother makes him take a nap. Peter remembers his mother telling him about the Whimper-Whineys  who will find him if he doesn't start being happy. While Peter is napping he awakes, not sure if he is dreaming, in a strange and unfamiliar place. Something has a hold of him. It's a Whimper-Whiney and he shows Peter their world. This does not make Peter happy at all. He wants to go home and not become a Whimper-Whiney.
Santa's Birthday Gift: If you love a great Christmas story that has a fun and interesting twist, then you will love this story. This delightful tale has both Santa and baby Jesus in the same story. Gimme-Jimmy: Jimmy was the mean kid at school who always took what he wanted even if it didn't belong to him. He would take toys from girls and boys. He was a bully at home too. No one liked him. Every time he would snatch something from someone he would say “Gimme.” His dad explained that if he didn't stop taking things that didn't belong to him and saying the word “Gimme” that his hand would grow bigger and bigger. But of course Jimmy didn't listen. He continued to take and when he did he would always say “Gimme.” It wasn't long before his hand grew and grew. He couldn't tie his shoes, or put on his jacket. He couldn't put on his new ball glove either. All the kids he picked at would laugh at him and  the big hand he carried around with him. His father advises him to be more polite, refrain from using the word “Gimme” and perhaps we will earn the respect of his peers.
