AtSite Wins 2012 EcoLeadership Award

May 8, 2012 - PRLog -- Washington, DC. May 1, 2012 – AtSite’s leadership in sustainability has earned them the 2012 EcoLeadership Award presented by the Alliance for Workplace Excellence (AWE).  To be considered for this award, AtSite had to complete a comprehensive and rigorous assessment process led by an Independent Review Panel of academics and business professionals.  AtSite was selected as a winner based on its demonstration of environmental sustainability in the following categories; waste minimization, water conservation, pollution prevention, environmentally-conscious travel, and energy efficiency.

Launched in 2009, the EcoLeadership Award honors companies that recognize the importance of environmental sustainability by demonstrating commitment to the following categories:

   Waste Minimization
   Energy Demand and Supply
   Water Conservation Practices
   Toxic and Hazardous Substances/Pollution Prevention
   Transportation
   Measurement
   Building Operations
   Employee Engagement and Communications
