Branden Daniel & The Chics Announce Free Track Download Off Their Debut Album, "Keep Em Flying""

Album Release Show Set For Thursday, May 17 at Chop Suey in Seattle

Los Angeles, CA, May 4, 2012 - Less than a week until the release of Seattle-based R&B infused rock n' roll band BRANDEN DANIEL & THE CHICS' debut album, KEEP EM FLYING. The album will be available on May 8 at most digital retailers and is available now through the band's BandCamp page (http://brandendanielandthechics.bandcamp.com/). In addition to the 10 tracks featured on the album, fans will receive a special bonus track, "Melt Chyo Heart," as gratitude for purchasing the album.

The track was featured on an episode of Beavis & Butthead and MTV's Jersey Shore. Fans can also watch the new video for "Mor Yay" on BRANDEN DANIEL & THE CHICS' YouTube Channel, www.youtube.com/bdtvee. "Mor Yay" was recently licensed for 2012 Need For Speed Video Game, the CW's Heart of Dixie and VH1's Mob Wives.

In addition to early licensing deals, the band has received radio airplay on Seattle's KEXP and will be picked up for rotation on SiriusXM Satellite Radio channels XMU, Alt Nation and Little Steven's Underground Garage.

The band recently wrapped a successful two-week West Coast tour hitting six cities in California: Oakland, San Jose, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Fullerton, San Luis Obispo, Oregon State University, Portland OR, and Seattle. KEEP EM FLYING was recorded in Los Angeles at Kingsize Soundlabs with producer Bruce Duff. Grammy Award-winning producer Tom Biller (Silversun Pickups, Liars, Elliott Smith), who recorded "Feel Real" and "Not Like Anything," remixed and mastered all of KEEP EM FLYING at Avast! Studios in Seattle.

BRANDEN DANIEL & THE CHICS, previously Branden Daniel and Everybody Gets Laid, is a trio with a psyched out, R&B infused rock n' roll sound. The band consists of singer/guitarist Branden Daniel, Aaron Schroeder on the baritone guitar and Matt Winter on the drums.
