For the past few years, Avaya has been a strong proponent of Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty Programs as a key driver of repeat business, referrals, and profitable growth. Avaya expects high levels of satisfaction from their partners and on a rare occasion the Partner exceeds these expectations and is given the Partner in Excellence Award. CRI has been recognized by Avaya for achieving their highest standard of customer service and receiving the Avaya Partner in Customer Excellence Designation. The Partner in Customer Excellence Designation is awarded to an Avaya Business Partner for achieving superior customer satisfaction over the past 12 months including both sales and support services to Avaya customers. Only a select group of Partners have attained the Partner in Customer Excellence Designation.
