A Growing Community in More Ways than One

May 3, 2012 - PRLog -- Community Mortgage Funding (CMF) is a mortgage lender with big plans. The addition of a new Vice President of Sales and Marketing will play a vital role in their commitment to their 2012 mission of “creating better loan experiences for borrowers.”

Denine Fadell is no stranger to the credit union philosophy of ‘people helping people.’ More than 20 years of experience in working with credit unions and financial service providers makes her well-equipped to direct the company’s sales and marketing vision of adding several new credit union partners within the business year.

Fadell has an extensive background serving in management roles at various institutions including Genworth Financial; Golden Gateway Financial; Wells Fargo; CUNA Mortgage Corporation; and CUMANET, INC. Her experience in generating and maintaining business relationships with credit union partners through staff training, marketing advice, and by acting as a liaison between organizations will be beneficial to CMF, a growing mortgage lender.

Although Fadell has been working in the financial industry since 1988, she has been around credit unions her entire life. A dedication to credit union success seems to run in her blood.

“I grew up in a credit union family,” said Fadell. “My mom owned a marketing firm that worked exclusively with credit unions for 30 years. She now works for a large credit union in Northern California. I learned at a very early age the value that credit unions provide to their members.”

Fadell has come a long way from those early days of watching her mother work. Her journey has allowed her to ride the highs and the lows of the mortgage industry, ultimately landing her at CMF.
