GACC South to host German Evening Reception as part of AWEA WINDPOWER 2012 Conference & Exhibition

May 3, 2012 - PRLog -- ATLANTA, GA – WINDPOWER® is the focal point for wind professionals to network with and learn from industry leaders and experts, and to discover the latest in industry products and services. WINDPOWER 2012 is where serious wind professionals convene to grow their companies, find solutions to their business challenges, and reconnect with colleagues and friends. WINDPOWER 2012 is the largest wind trade show in the world with more than 16,000 visitors and more than 1,200 exhibitors including many German companies.

On Monday, June 4th from 6-8pm at the Metro Atlanta Chamber, the Consulate General of the Federal Republic of Germany in Atlanta and the German American Chamber of Commerce of the Southern US, Inc. will be hosting the WINDPOWER 2012 German Evening Reception. This event will serve as a platform for networking, information exchange and celebrating industry success stories within the German-American business community.  At the German Evening Reception, more than 300 attendees will be present, including WINDPOWER 2012 exhibitors, top manufacturers, e.g. technology suppliers, system and component manufacturers, investors, public policy makers and other industry leaders.
