Creative Imagination For People Who Cannot Visualize

Only 2% of adults are still creative. Considering Creative Imagination is key to problem solving, that is a huge problem. Scot Conway, Ph.D., has the solution tucked in two of his books, almost unnoticed, but very, very powerful.

Creativity is a key to finding new solutions to problems.  Creativity is absolutely critical for real innovation.  Yet only 2% of adults are creative!

Dr. Scot Conway is one of those creative adults.  Few know that he is an artist as well as a martial artist.  He relies on his creative imagination in a great many ways.  He even has a systematic way to teach those who have lost their creativity how to get it back.

The true sign of intelligence is not knowledge but imagination. – Albert Einstein

Imagination, creativity and visualization for three closely related skills that Conway teaches.  What is stunning to many of us is that Conway tucked his lessons unheralded in the back of two of his books: Forgiveness Is Important, and Be In The World But Not Of It.

Unfortunately, Conway has no immediate plans to write a book on how to train your brain for imagination, creativity and visualization.  We must rely on the simple step-by-step process revealed in these two books.

Conway builds our lessons for us with basic exercises for each of the three, then intermediate and advanced.  The steps are so clear that anyone can do them.  With a little practice, everyone can develop their creative imagination and visualization skills.

We can get either one of his books for the lessons.  In Forgiveness Is Important, it’s a chapter at the end of the book.  In Be In The World Not Of It, the same chapter is in the appendix.  Just this training is worth the price of the book!

“When you ask creative people how they did something, they feel a little guilty because they didn’t really do it.  They just saw something.” – Steve Jobs

We can develop our own creativity.  Then we can start to “just see something” as Steve Jobs mentions, thanks to Dr. Scot Conway.

His books are available on Amazon for the Kindle.
