Employees at New Jersey’s largest health insurer celebrate Cinco de Mayo with healthy recipes

May 2, 2012 - PRLog -- The 5,000 employees at Horizon Healthcare Services, Inc., New Jersey’s oldest and largest health insurer, are celebrating Cinco de Mayo with healthy Mexican recipes that are easy to make at home. This week, Connections – Horizon’s Intranet site for employees – features seven video recipes from Health eCooking for Cinco de Mayo, including healthy Chicken Nachos.

Every month Horizon’s employee wellness Intranet is updated with delicious, new seasonal recipes.
