May 2, 2012 - PRLog -- London,- InfiNet Wireless, a leading global manufacturer and provider of carrier-grade wireless infrastructure solutions for Fixed Broadband Wireless Access (FBWA) and wireless connectivity, today announced that it was selected by Smart Link Communications (SLC), an Algerian Internet Service Provider for its new wireless infrastructure to provide broadband connectivity across its growing business communities.

SLC was the first company in the Arab world to deploy a commercial infrastructure based on the WiMAX technology in the 3.5 GHz bands. Once InfiNet’s solutions have been fully deployed in its nation-wide network, SLC will be able to expand its business by increasing its subscribers base as well as providing new and value-added services such as video surveillance over its wireless network, address the needs of potential customers in the growing markets of the oil and gas industries.

“Our relationship with InfiNet extends beyond that of a manufacturer-buyer relationship”, said Lotfi Nezar, CEO of SLC. “We share the same vision with InfiNet for connectivity in Algeria and are now able to offer a whole new wireless broadband service to our growing number of customers. Our market is huge, and we are now starting to better serve the needs of the enterprise market knowing very well that what we will offer them is a solid and reliable platform.”

“We are delighted to be SLC’s partner of choice for wireless connectivity across Algeria”, said Dmitry Okorokov, CEO at InfiNet Wireless. “This partnership reiterates our commitment to the region, and Algeria more specifically, by offering solutions that are enabling innovative and competitive services for the enterprise sector.
