Anne Baker Featured Speaker at Toastmasters 2012 District 83 Spring Conference

About Anne Baker:

Anne Goldman Baker is a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. She has been involved with the fitness industry for more than 20 years teaching and training at various clubs, corporate gyms, community centers and private studios.  Her certifications and specialty training include spinning, active older adults, pre & post-natal, pilates reformer and matwork, as well as water fitness.

Anne is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis, MO. Anne has been involved with Toastmasters for almost 15 years, and has earned her Distinguished Toastmasters award.

Anne believes that exercise should be a part of everyone's life. Whether you enjoy walking, weightlifting, bicycling, swimming, or some other activity, exercise helps keep you healthy.
