PRE-ORDER IDAHO TRAVEL GUIDES THIS WEEK-- We would like to offer you the opportunity to pick up Travel Guides while you are at the conference. Please email the number of Travel Guides you would like before Thursday 3 May. You can pick up your Travel Guide order at the Registration Desk during the Conference. 39 Travel Guides in a case. WITH LOVE FROM THE LOCALS– This year's Host Committee is ready to welcome you to our hometown! Look for local dining specials, area information, fun items in your attendee bags when you get to the ICORT registration area. Our volunteers will be available at the info table near the general session room throughout the conference. Have questions after hours? Just send us a tweet to @NITSummit and we are ready to assist! Check out the Host Committee information page before you travel for more area information, as well as lodging offers for pre- and post-ICORT stays.
NEED DINE AROUND SUGGESTIONS FOR TUESDAY OR WEDNESDAY EVENINGS?– The Host Committee has suggestions for you! A handout version will be available at the host committee table onsite. Want to join a group for dinner outings? Check with the Host Committee staff at the information desk or just join us at Seasons of Coeur d'Alene on Wednesday for a no-host 7pm social/7:30pm dinner - the more, the merrier!

Join us for the Minute Connections Event (Wednesday 7:30am in Bays 4-6, Coeur d’Alene Resort), presented by the North Idaho Tourism Summit. Have you ever been in a room full of strangers and wondered how to break the ice and let them know about the great business you represent? We have the perfect opportunity for you to put your best foot forward and share who you are and what you have to offer through your business. “Minute Connections”
CHECK YOUR ORIGINAL REGISTRATION INFORMATION EMAIL TO MAKE SURE IT IS CORRECT for your name, company/organization, address, Twitter/Facebook IDs, etc. The information you entered there will be used by our conference staff to create your name tag and the conference rosters. If you have changes, please email them to registration@
DIRECTIONS TO COEUR D’ALENE RESORT– If you are planning on flying into Spokane and need transportation to ICORT, round trip transportation reservations are available through The Coeur d’Alene Resort at 800.688.5253 ask for Transportation Reservations. The round trip rate is $69.00 per person. Have your flight information ready to give to the reservations agent: name of airline, flight number and time of arrival. REGISTRATION DESK HOURS AND LOCATION- Check in to registration and find local area information at the ICORT Registration Desk area in the Conference Center Registration Booth. Registration will be open:
o Tuesday, 12:00pm-5:00pm
o Wednesday, 7:00am-10:30am
o Thursday, 7:00am-12:00pm
TRAVEL AND TOURISM WEEK– Celebrate the importance and impact of our tourism industry! Wear red on Tuesday, May 8th, to join our tourism peers across the nation on U.S. Travel Rally Day– Governor Otter has a special message supporting our industry and its economic benefits in our communities.

PACK LIST FOR FIELD TRIPS– if you’ve signed up for a field trip, be sure to come prepared for fun with the following:
o Wallace and Silver Valley History Trip– jacket, camera, comfortable shoes, spending cash just in case
o Culinary Tourism Field Trip(sold out) – jacket, camera, cash for purchases at the stops included on the route
o Farragut Park Bike/Kayak Field Trip (sold out) – suggested clothing: tennis shoes; sandals or water shoes with heel strap; fleece jacket; rain jacket; lightweight, quick-drying pants/shirt (preferably non-cotton material); sunglasses with headstrap; hat; personal water bottle – Have you sent your gender and height in to registration yet for this trip?
