Prime Commercial Lending Founder Featured in Bloomberg Brief

Additionally, Kris Roglieri states that, investors who buy distressed properties using bridge lenders can apply for a more traditional mortgage as soon as the property is stabilized. So for investors, private lenders should be a first stop for financing.
