May 1, 2012 - PRLog -- The specialist holiday tour operator Chameleon Worldwide has become a fully independent company again and is no longer partly owned by Intrepid.

Comments Mark Wright, Managing Director and owner of Chameleon Worldwide: “It feels very good to be 100% independent once more.

“We are a small specialist operator and our focus has always been on providing personal and flexible arrangements to our customers. Our small team of 20 staff are delighted with the news – they have a genuine passion for adventurous holidays for adults, families and schools.

“We will now grow the business step by step, working with local people and suppliers in the countries we operate in who we’ve got to know well over many years. The future is looking incredibly bright and we are all very excited.”

As part of the restructuring, Chameleon Worldwide will now be focussing on growing the business and developing Walks Worldwide (walking and trekking holidays all over the word), Families Worldwide (the concept originally pioneered by Mark back in 1997) and Schools Worldwide (expeditions and field treks for schools and colleges).

Plus a completely NEW brand to be launched very shortly.

The company is pushing ahead with expansion and recruitment plans; vacancies are advertised on their websites.
