IBBH Exhibits at International Symposium on Osteoporosis

April 30, 2012 - PRLog -- Institute for Better Bone Health (IBBH) announced today the close of the 2012 International Symposium on Osteoporosis, termed ISO12, at which IBBH exhibited to great reviews.

Hosted by the National Osteoporosis Foundation, the annual symposium is the premiere scientific meeting dedicated entirely to the treatment and study of osteoporosis. This year an estimated 1,000 healthcare professionals convened at the Peabody Hotel in downtown Orlando from April 25-28 to discuss advancements in bone health.  The world’s top doctors and clinicians presented cutting-edge clinical research findings, participated in educational sessions, shared products and treatments, and networked with colleagues.

IBBH was selected by the ISO12 Program Planning Committee to exhibit for the duration of the prestigious four-day event, specifically to showcase their newly released innovative bone health nutritional supplement systems, called Silical™ System and Silical™ PLUS. The IBBH supplement system product line, including Silical™ 1 and 2 and Silical™ Boost, received attention from renowned bone-health experts worldwide.  

As the first physicians group to market silicon-based bone health supplements, IBBH was a key player in the discussion on the potential benefits of silicon in bone-building, bone mineralization and bone repair.  IBBH, which donates a portion of each product sale to fund bone health research, also expounded on the possible applications that current silicon research is generating in the study of bone health.
