In this keynote, Ms. Durkin explained why leaders have to stay ahead of the curve by continually changing and improving. She described that without change, there is no innovation, no creativity and no opportunity for growth. At the same time she explained how this means taking risks, and leaders need to manage the risks within their organization.

She described the four keys to embracing and managing change, Magnetic Leadership – which also the title of her new book, Trust, Engagement and Empowerment, and Reliability, Responsibility and Accountability.

Durkin showed leaders and managers how to gain their employees’ trust and engage individuals in the change process, resulting in seamless acceptance of the changes in a timely fashion!
