Cyber Minister praises Cassidian encryption technology

UK Cyber Minister, David Willets visited the Cassidian stand at Infosecurity 2012 in London's Earls Court on 24 April.
April 25, 2012 - PRLog -- He was briefed by two Cassidian Cyber experts, Andrew Beckett and Steve Noble on the world leading encryption capability of the Ectocryp family. Ectocryp is in use by UK Government and secures data up to Top Secret allowing the secure communication of data over public networks. Andrew Beckett explained how the Ectocryp family of products represents a success story for UK industry.

Mr Willets praised the fact that this technology is a sovereign capability developed and built in UK. He expressed his interest in visiting the Cassidian Newport site to find out more about the cyber technology offering from Cassidian.
