CIA Veteran Joins RamboPlus Associates As Senior Development Specialist

April 24, 2012 - PRLog -- Easton, Pa. – Mary Bauer, a 26-year veteran of the Central Intelligence Agency, has joined RamboPlus Associates LLC as a senior development specialist, bringing a lifetime of professional experience and background in problem-solving, communications and mentoring to her new role.

Bauer brings extensive experience in leadership and program development and she excels in devising creating solutions to complex problems while finding ways to improve communication across all levels of an organization.
Her work with other government departments and agencies honed her ability to navigate disparate cultures and agendas and bring people together to reach an agreement where all sides give a little and win something in return, Rambo said.

Bauer has a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations, English and French from Aquinas College and a Master of Arts in French from George Mason University. She is a trained facilitator with a certification in Adult Education and she has also published hundreds of articles as a freelance writer.
