Hanley Investment Group Hires Jonathan Selznick as Vice President

Selznick was most recently a broker with Pacific Commercial Investments in Irvine, Calif., where he advised clients on the acquisition and disposition of retail investment properties.

Selznick brings to Hanley Investment Group over 20 years of experience in senior sales management positions throughout his career. In the retail investment sales sector, he has achieved incredible success exclusively representing private investors, developers, and institutional and private trust property owners in the purchase and sale of retail properties. In recent years, Selznick has flourished in the single-tenant-investment niche, selling numerous banks, fast-food restaurants and drug stores in the western United States.
