MEOW THE CAT to be featured in a new Comic strip endorsed by 'Beetle Bailey' cartoonist-
BOW WOWS & MEOWS, a funny dog and cat comic by Bruce Robinson (endorsed by 'Beetle Bailey' cartoonist Mort Walker and other famous humorists) will soon feature cartoons of MEOW - the famous 'fat cat' of T.V. news fame!
BOW WOWS & MEOWS creator, Bruce Robinson said "Cats are some of my favorite friends (as well as dogs) and I was happy to see one of my furry friends make international headlines."
Robinson said, "I thought the cartoons would be a fun way to let people know about how cool cats are (especially flabby tabbys) and how they are known in real life for their funny antics. Combine their real life fun personality with the cartoon format and you have a recipe for pure comedy!"
BOW WOWS & MEOWS already features a cat by the name of Binky who pops in the comic from time to time. Robinson said he is already at the drawing board working up sketches of MEOW. "I think I've come up with some real funny stuff", Robinson said. Readers and viewers of BOW WOWS & MEOWS can expect to see the antics of MEOW soon. Robinson said he is working fast and furious on the final drawings to meet the deadline of the forthcoming Volume 2 of "BOW WOWS & MEOWS - PURR-fectly funny CAT cartoons".
BOW WOWS & MEOWS debuted on the world wide web in November 2010 and it is already a hit with audiences around the globe. The comic feature is already a regular on the Go Comics Network and is featured in a select number of weekly newspapers and greeting cards (although Robinson admits he would like to have a full line of BOW WOWS & MEOWS greeting cards some day). There is also a treasure trove of BOW WOWS & MEOWS merchandise that's in demand ( including T-Shirts, mugs, stickers, magnets, original art, books, e-Books, etc. ) and the items can be found on the feature's website (http://www.bowwowsandmeows.net/
