HillbilliesVille CountryFEST Premieres June 7-10 at Historic Fiddlers Grove Lebanon Tennessee

"CountryFEST 2012 will feature 30 amazing artists performing as well as introducing up to 100 emerging young talents. Fiddler's Grove is the perfect setting for this grass-roots music," said Kevin Kiepe, producer of the June 7-10 event, whose goal is to see Tennessee’s traditional musical roots return to the main stage.


"Fans of real country music want to hear the music that they love performed by authentic artists in an intimate setting. CountryFEST 2012 is the only country festival in Tennessee which makes that a reality, "Kiepe said.


Tickets go on sale Saturday, April 21. Two thousand tickets will be available for each day's performance. Single-day tickets will cost $15. Those under 16 years of age will be admitted free with a paying adult. Event passes allowing access to all four days will cost $39. Discount tickets for seniors, veterans and college students with photo ID will be priced at $10 daily and $19 for an event pass. Tickets can be purchased directly from the online box office at www.HillbilliesVille.com.


"HillbilliesVille is all about traditional music that does not mean yesterday's artists or music. This is a celebration of the latest rising stars. Fans under 16 years old will be admitted free with a paying adult. Our headline artist is only 13 years old and an amazing new sensation, “said Kiepe, referring to Mt. Juliet's Lacy J. Syler, a West Wilson Middle School eighth grader.


"Being traditional does not mean old music and old songs. It means the music is real and not manufactured pop music wearing a cowboy hat, "Kiepe said. ”This festival is about discovery and that is the culture we want to create and the promise we make. Come and you will find amazing new talent, supported by some of country music's best musicians and songwriters."


CountryFEST 2012 will also host auditions for The Hillbilly Factor, a global search for the freshest young talent in real country music. Contestants will be judged by HillbilliesVille members voting online. Successful candidates will be invited to perform live on HillbilliesVille.com with on act being crowned the winner at the conclusion of the contest.


The festival will be streamed live on HillbilliesVille.com, the digital space committed to making traditional country music available to everybody. Performers will be available to meet and greet fans, sign autographs and sell merchandise and their music.


The event will have a full range of food and beverage vendors and be alcohol-free. CountryFEST 2012 ticket holders can also enjoy horse-and-carriage rides plus interactive games between live performances.
