Dallas Mom Creates An Imagination Moving Room For Her Son!

April 23, 2012 - PRLog -- In Dallas, Texas, Leslie decided to create a room for her son, Simon, who loves everything from cars, trucks, buses, airplanes and, of course, choo-choos.  After a Google search, Leslie came upon My Wonderful Walls, a Chattanooga, Tennessee-based wall décor company that is family owned and operated.  After purchasing the Transportation Fascination Wall Mural Kit, Leslie and four others – Michael, Maggie, Kimsan and Ramsey began painting.

Leslie describes herself as not artistic, and has not completed a project like this in a long time.  With that said, she found creating a room in which her son can play and develop his imagination lots of fun, particularly when it came to planning where to put things and deciding on the colors to use.  Which, although My Wonderful Walls offers suggestions for paint colors, Leslie chose her own, using a Grass Green and some leftover blue paint from their living room project.

Overall, Leslie found the mural to be a great, fun and cost-effective solution for decorating her son's room in their first home.  For her, the end result is fantastic, Simon is happy, and everyone who sees it offers up compliments! It was a simple and timeless way to add life to a room occupied by a lively toddler.
