Top Agent Network, Inc. Launches Chapters in Alameda County, California
Top Agent Network (TAN), the private online business community for local top real estate agents, launched 2 new chapters in Alameda County, California. With the addition of these new chapters, TAN completes its circle of the San Francisco Bay Area.
Membership in Top Agent Network allows top-ranked real estate agents to share exclusive, Pre/Non-MLS real estate information via the network’s sophisticated online communications platform. TAN's advance notifications and insightful information exchange among trusted peers allow members to provide an unprecedented level of service to their clients, resulting in happier clients and more home sales.
“Sharing Pre/Non-MLS real estate information with one another is something that top agents have been doing forever,” says Top Agent Network Founder and CEO David Faudman. “Unfortunately, this sharing was very haphazard and inefficient. That’s why I created Top Agent Network. As soon as agents become members, they start making connections that lead to home sales and to happier clients.”
The introduction of the Alameda North and Alameda South chapters bring the total number of TAN chapters to 16. TAN has chapters flourishing on both coasts, and plans to launch chapters in Nassau County, New York and Scottsdale, Arizona in the next month.
Local Charter Members
The launches of Top Agent Network’s Alameda North and Alameda South chapters are being supported by a group of visionary, highest top-producing agents serving as local Charter Members.
Charter Members of TAN’s Alameda North chapter are Kim and Barbara Marienthal (Coldwell Banker Northern California, Berkeley), Ira Serkes (Pacific Union/Christie's International, Berkeley) and Daniel M. Winkler (Daniel Winkler and Associates, Inc., Albany). The Alameda North chapter covers Alameda, Albany, Berkeley, Emeryville, Kensington, Montclair, Oakland, Piedmont, San Leandro and San Lorenzo.
Bernard Laffer (Golden Pacific Realty, Pleasanton) and Joe Frazzano (J. Rockcliff Realtors, Danville) are TAN’s Alameda South chapter Charter Members. The Alameda South chapter covers Castro Valley, Dublin, Fremont, Hayward, Hayward Hills, Livermore, Newark, Pleasanton, Sunol and Union City. These geographic designations mimic local real estate market dynamics and keep TAN relevant to local, residential real estate.
Becoming a TAN member agent
To become a member, an agent must be in the top 10 percent of their TAN chapter geography based on past 24-month closed home sales. Typically this top 10 percent represents the buyer or seller in 3 out of 4 closed escrows.
