AZ Public Adjuster Getting Justice for Clients with Hail Damage
Rob Rich & Associates collects tens of thousands dollars more for hail damages to homeowners' roof.
Rob Rich has successfully represented many owners of homes, businesses and apartments who had hail damage to their roofs from an unprecedented hail storm in Phoenix. The biggest challenge in getting insurance companies to pay the roof claims has been getting insurers to admit there was hail damage, even though the structures were in the middle of the massive storm. According to Rob Rich, "It's always good to see that fairness and justice prevails in an unfair or unjust system."
In today's claim settlement, the owners' insurance company had offered just $1,200 to repair damages to their Monier tile roof, their pool deck, and other structures. The tile is no longer manufactured, and there is no other tile matching the fit of the existing ones. After getting repair estimates from 4 local roofing companies who said their roof needed to be replaced, the home owners knew they needed help with their insurance claim. They were given a referral from their neighbor, whom Rob Rich had also successfully represented.
Rob Rich's interest in fighting property insurance companies was sparked after beginning his early career writing structural estimates for insurance companies on properties damaged by fires, storms, hurricanes, and floods in almost every state. Rob Rich got first hand experience in seeing how insurance companies engaged in undercutting to avoid paying in full. For 33 years since then, he has provided insurance help to clients rather than to the needs of the insurance companies.
Licensed by the Arizona Department of Insurance and a member of the Better Business Bureau, Robert Rich has been extensively involved in community service and safety.
