1 p.m. on campus, located at 601 Penn Waller Road on Wilmington Island.
Grab your passport and get ready for an exciting adventure to view 21st century teaching and learning in action. Our youngest students will open the doors to their classrooms, sharing a small part of what they have been learning this year. For example, the third grade has been studying famous inventors and simple machines and rather than write or recite a report, each student is creating a one-of-a-kind invention. The final step of this project is to communicate with others how the invention works.
All activities will highlight the five C’s of 21st teaching and learning -- Creativity, Critical Thinking, Communication, Collaboration and Character. These five skills have been identified as the necessary talents for success in the 21st century.
St. Andrew’s is an independent, college preparatory school for students in Pre K3 through Grade 12. For more information, visit www.saintschool.com.
