-- MY Food is launching a new menu plan option for 2012, Working Week. With the nation working longer hours and little time to think about their health, MY Food has created the perfect solution. The multicultural meals include dishes from Thailand, India and China and are all freshly prepared by our chefs under the guidance of a BANT registered Nutritional Therapist. This five day luxury hamper is conveniently delivered on a Saturday in time to start Monday morning, ideal for those who lead a busy lifestyle. No shopping, no preparation and no fiddly organisation, Working Week delivers a healthy, convenient and delicious way of life and gives back hours of your valuable time to help you stay fighting fit for the boardroom.
The pre-portioned breakfasts are designed with no mess or fuss and are perfect to eat ‘on the go’. Ranging from a roasted and toasted Tahitian Flapjack, to a baked apple and berry San Francisco compote, the breakfasts contain low GI ingredients and are a great source of energy to blast though your morning emails and kick start the day.
All lunches are flavoursome and carefully created to exclude garlic and raw onions; delivering all the flavour without the need for pre-meeting mints. The lunches include a Quinoa Salad & Broad Bean Hummus to an Algerian Humus & Roasted Tomato Salad.
End the day with a convenient ‘heat and eat’ dinner. The evening meals range from a Pine Nut & Asparagus Risotto to a mildly spiced Thai Red Curry. All dinners are easy to cook, highly nutritious and taste delicious so you can feel rewarded after a hard day’s work.
MY Food founder, Nas Amir Ahmadi, says “We wanted to create a convenient and healthy option for those on the go, the plan is designed specifically for busy working people who enjoy healthy eating but just don’t have the time. It’s a problem that a lot of customers come to us for so we’ve created a plan“.
The Working Week menu plan option is available from only £21 per day with nationwide delivery.
