April 19, 2012 - PRLog -- MISSING TEEN NEEDS HER HEART MEDICATION
Michele Yu, 18, Last known location of missing woman, Security camera image released

Toronto, Ontario - The Yu Family have barely slept since April 17th when they filed a Missing Persons report with the Toronto Police.  Michele Yu, 18, was last seen on a security camera on Tuesday, April 17, 2012, at approximately 6 p.m., she was at the TD Bank, at 394 Bay Street. She appeared to be alone at the time.

Friends and family are distraught with this turn of events.  Michelle Yu is a vibrant, outgoing, and responsible teenager.  She has been a natural leader, involved in extra curricular, including organizing events at her high school and through Girl Guides.  Disappearing without contacting anyone is unlike her.   The family is also concerned because Michelle takes a special heart medication everyday, but she does not have any on her.

Michelle’s friends and classmates have joined forces postering the city in hopes that someone has seen her.  Meanwhile, the family keeps vigil beside their phone, waiting to hear some good news.

“She’s a responsible good girl.” says Sharon Yu, Michelle’s mother.  “We just want her to come home.  We are very worried.”

Friends and Family have set up a Facebook page to help the search:  https://www.facebook.com/FindMichelleYu
