HARTFORD, CT (April 15, 2012) – The men of the Eastern Region of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc convened for their 98th Anniversary Regional Conference in Harford, CT.  Among the multitude of tasks set, election of new officers was among them.  Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc Eastern Region is proud to announce that Leonard Lockhart of Windsor, CT was elected the 25th Regional Director. The following brothers represent the entire board selected to serve the brotherhood:
