April 18, 2012 - PRLog -- ForeverFit is excited to announce for a limited time (May & June), all of their Better Body Boot Camp and Bridal Boot Camps for Wiomen will be available for just $50 for one month of  classes. You can attend up to three times per week and there are three locations from which to choose: Grandview, Gahanna and Bexley.

Also, starting in May, two new boot camp classes will be offered. One at 6:15 am  - a 45 minute "Power Hour" at Goodale Park Tuesday and Thursday mornings and a  9:30 am class at Academy Park in Gahanna.  All other boot camp classes will also be held outdoors during the nice weather days.

All workouts include cardio, strength, flexibility, core and much more!  No two workouts are the same and you will get a "total body conditioning" experience at each and every class. Building muscle, toning, firming and strengthing your heart and lungs are just some of the benefits you will receive.
