Boomers Opens in Massachusetts

April 17, 2012 - PRLog -- A new entertainment option is available for the residents of Massachusetts.  Boomers, a family fun center, recently opened its doors to the public on March 24 in Woburn, which resides just outside Boston.  This facility has several options for kids and adults to enjoy, but their anchor attraction is laser tag.  Fred Crosdale, the owner of Boomers, wanted to include laser tag in his facility because of the high throughput and fantastic returns the attraction offers.  After researching several vendors throughout the industry, he chose Creative Works and the Theme Team to design and build his laser tag attraction.

Recognized as the largest laser tag arena builder - http://www.lasertagworld.com - in the world with over 15 years of experience, Fred knew this industry-leading company would be able to create a fun and immersive environment for his guests.  He also valued their ability to work directly with the architect, contractor, and laser tag equipment provider in order to deliver a full turnkey package.

When looking over Creative Works’ many available themes, he ultimately chose Earth Quest.  This theme takes guests through a world of spectacular foliage, dense forests, and fluorescent insects.  Based on the hit movie Avatar, this theme has been extremely popular since Creative Works introduced it just over a year ago.

Now that Boomers is open, the guest response has been fantastic.  “The guests have been amazed!  Absolutely amazed,” he said.  “We have a couple other laser tag arenas in our area, and compared to those, this place is like Disneyland!”

Like most projects, it generally is a challenge to get them from concept to completion when working with various trades, city officials and other vendors.  Through the Creative Works project management system though, Boomers sailed through the system without the expensive learning curves typical for facilities like this.  “This project was one that required a more hands-on approach from our team.” commented Armando Lanuti of Creative Works.  “Getting through the hurdles is our specialty and in the end, we helped Fred save both time and money getting his facility open.  It was a great pleasure to help him create his dream for his family and the community.  We wish Fred, his family and the new cast at this site all the best as he embarks on a new journey.”
