There is an abundance of fad diets, hyped special hormonal solutions, eat this, not that type of activity in the media. We can't rely on quick diet advertisements to provide us with correct answers to our nutrition questions. A Nutrition Book Club is the solution.
Christy Thiel will guide the group through each chapter ensuring the information is understood and that the concepts based in scientific research are well explained. However, this is not your typical neighborhood book club! Think of "Read. Learn. Eat." as a type of "ah ha!" moment that truly affects the way you treat food. Food as fuel for you and your children. Food as a means to power your body to achieve amazing results in fitness, health and disease prevention.
