Best Western Plus Hotel & Suites Opens in Bradenton, FL

April 14, 2012 - PRLog -- Liberty Group of Companies is proud to announce that it opened the new Best Western Plus Hotel and Suites today in Bradenton, Florida.

The 61-room hotel, formerly known as the Holiday Inn Express, is ideally situated directly off I-75 and Highway 64, is strategically located close to the Sarasota-Bradenton Airport and Florida’s Gulf Coast beaches. Amenities include an outdoor tropical pool, fitness center, business center, sundries shop, 37” flat-panel HD televisions, and free hot breakfast and wireless internet throughout.

The hotel has remained open while undergoing significant renovations over the past several months, and will be led by local resident and General Manager Andrea Horne with Liberty Hospitality Management, an award-winning hotel management company based in Tampa, Florida.

Liberty Bradenton Investments, LLC acquired the non-performing senior mortgage secured by the hotel, which was previously purchased in 2007 for $7.2 million, and obtained title through a foreclosure agreement in late 2011.
