Are you stuck in an old familiar pattern? Do you feel ready to change but not sure where to begin?

The human body holds awareness. In a moment of intense fear, real or imagined, we learn to freeze. To become whole again, the body literally re-lives the pattern. In an organic process it tries to complete the movement, resolve the emotion, or reframe the belief.

But something in us hardens. And so we repeat.

In this safe and nurturing three-week class, we’ll explore a variety of body mind practices individually and in-group to undo pattern and restore goodness. Learn the implications of stress on the body, what defines holistic health, and how to create simple rituals to sustain positive change. Through guided meditation, lecture, research based evidence and supported self-study, you’ll learn how to discover obstacle, engage pattern and restore wholeness once again.

Together we will:
Discover the roots of illness; explore the nature of trauma; learn to self-diagnose subtle imbalance; heal old wounds through curiosity; create a nurturing environment; grow intuition;  focus vital energy; open the body centers, connect and ground in self love
