Breakwater Investment Management Completes Financing of Happy Hour Creative, LLC

April 13, 2012 - PRLog -- Los Angeles, CA, April 13, 2012 -- Breakwater Investment Management, LLC (“Breakwater”) has provided a growth capital investment to Happy Hour Creative, LLC (“Happy Hour”) out of its Breakwater Structured Growth Opportunities Fund (the “Fund”). Breakwater, which serves as General Partner of the Fund, is a private investment firm that specializes in direct investments in leading small to lower middle market growth businesses.

Headquartered in Los Angeles, CA, Happy Hour is a full-service provider of creative marketing services to clients in the film, television, home entertainment, and video game industries. The company specializes in creating trailers, teasers, and television spots through its many platforms of production.
