Many people are very sceptical when they hear about our free chat room, and want to know why we give away free services. They also commonly wonder why we would do such a thing.   We make a living on all local IT services in Eugene Oregon, but volunteer out time in the chat on our time off.  This helps us to gain experience and learn more about troubleshooting and computer related repairs and technology.
