-- Lincoln – Attorney General and U.S. Senate Candidate Jon Bruning today announced his campaign raised more than $530,000 in the first quarter of 2012. A report filed with the Federal Election Commission shows Bruning has raised $3.4 million for this election cycle and has $1.4 million cash-on-hand.
“It’s an honor to have such strong support for my candidacy,” said Bruning. “Our success is the direct result of a grassroots movement from Nebraskans who know and trust my conservative record. To date, I’ve received donations from thousands of Nebraskans in all 93 counties. I look forward to continuing this momentum through the primary and defeating Bob Kerrey in the fall.” .
