To help celebrate, Eljay’s is offering humans and zombies a 20% discount on all horror books purchased on the day of the event. Zombies can then shamble to the Hollywood to meet stars of the film including Lori Cardille, John Amplas, Antone DiLeo, Mark Tierno and Michael Gornick, who will also participate in a Q&A session following the screening. There will also be a silent auction of horror themed merchandise and artist Ed Quillin of Deadburgh Designs and Illustrations on hand doing “Scaricatures” To purchase tickets in advance, please visit http://www.showclix.com/ The event is sponsored in part by Independent Settlement Services (www.isspgh.net) Eljay’s Books is located at 3233 West Liberty Avenue in Dormont and features a wide selection of used, new and rare books to buy, sell or trade. The Hollywood Theater is one of the last remaining single screen theaters in the area, located at 1449 Potomac Avenue. Both locations feature free parking on the day of the event at metered spaces on street or in nearby public lots.
