A group of S.Trippers are hoping they haven’t missed their chance to see Bruce Springsteen live in Dublin this July.

Just who are these S.Trippers?  They’re a group fun loving, creative, soulful women that make up a new travel club for those who like to “Travel with Art and Soul.”  And they will be coming to Ireland this July on a 10 day tour for “aspiring writers and next best sellers.”
This unique tour of the Emerald Isle will give the S. Trippers the chance to visit some of Ireland’s most magical places that were once the inspiration for W.B. Yeats, James Joyce and countless other Irish authors and poets, as well as participate in a creative writer’s workshop held at the Frank McCourt Museum in Limerick.

Springsteen’s Wrecking Ball concert date in Dublin would be the perfect wrap up to the S. Tripper’s writer’s tour, as his performance falls on the last day of their Irish expedition which will finish in Dublin.  What’s more, the Boss is not only a musician but has also been hailed by A.O. Scott of the New York Times as the poet laureate of 9/11.   Even better, it is now known that he has Irish roots through his paternal grandmother, according to a recent book.  (See link below).

While seeing the Boss in concert is not exactly a poetry reading, it would definitely solve every case of writers block for these S. Trippers and give them lots of fodder for the imagination for future literary endeavours.  Without a doubt, they would return home more than a little inspired....

Says the group’s organizer, Annie Pool, “I tried getting tickets for the concert as soon the tour dates were released but unfortunately I was too late.  So I’m just ‘putting it out there’ to see if there’s still a chance.”

“You never know,” she says, “Ask and you shall receive…”

If you have any information about tickets to see Springsteen in Dublin, please contact Annie Pool at the S.Trippers Travel Club.
