PPM Logix® Launches Crowdfunding Beta

April 12, 2012 - PRLog -- An Internet start up in Dallas, Texas has launched a new website in response to the recent JOBS Act, a.k.a. Crowdfund Act. PPM Logix (for details visit http://www.ppmlogix.com) has developed an online community for Entrepreneurs who are hoping to raise private capital for their businesses. The site is a Social Network where business owners can build profiles for their business opportunities, allowing potential investors to take a quick snapshot of their business. If the investor is interested they can initiate the investment with the click of a mouse.

With the Crowdfund Act barely in post-ink status, many new Crowdfunding websites are poised for launch. However, Entrepreneurs need to take caution, the SEC has yet to announce the new rules surrounding this new law. Until the SEC hands down the rules, the old rules still apply, which means Crowdfunding, where securities investments are involved, is still a no-no. The SEC has until January 2013 to configure the rules, so look for many new beta websites to launch in anticipation of this new law.
