April 12, 2012 - PRLog -- In a bold move designed to reinforce Lincoln’s national image reinvention, Maplecrest Ford Lincoln has hired marketer and business management specialist Jenifer Miller as its Brand Transformation and Consumer Experience Lead to spearhead the initiative at the local level.

“This is a great opportunity to take Lincoln’s national program to market,” Miller said. “We have the opportunity to truly transform the brand and impact the consumer experience where it matters most, at the local level with each and every customer.”

In 2011, Ford announced that it was overhauling the Lincoln brand, which will turn 100 years-old in 2015, with a newly created, dedicated design team, a new partnership with ad giant WPP and on-going support from Detroit to its Lincoln dealers.

“We are committed to this effort,” Stephen Giordano, President and Owner of Maplecrest Ford Lincoln said. “In order to achieve Lincoln’s objectives, as well as our own, we brought someone in-house with Jen’s experience in brand and business transformation to focus on developing and spearheading a strategy that drafts off Lincoln’s national plan while balancing the needs, desires and concerns of our local consumers. We’re taking a ground up approach.”

Miller comes to Maplecrest Ford Lincoln following more than 20 years’ in business management and marketing. For the past eight years, Miller owned a business management consultancy where she and her partner specialized in strategic planning, optimizing brand position, identifying root causes of missed business opportunities and opening new avenues to growth for small to mid-sized businesses, Fortune 500 companies (Accenture, AT&T, CNN, New York Life Investment) and national non-profit organizations (Women in Sports and Events and The Women’s Sports Foundation).

Miller began her career in sports and events where she spearheaded the development and oversaw the management of more than 200 marketing and communication events for FIFA World Cup ’94, Nike, Radio Shack, the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and more.
