G2G3 and ServiceNow Collaborate to Create Immersive Enterprise IT Training Simulation
G2G3 (www.g2g3.com), the leading provider of engagement solutions and immersive business simulations, today announced a new partnership with ServiceNow, a leading provider of cloud-based services to automate enterprise IT operations.
The partnership sees the creation of a new custom ServiceNow IT operations simulation developed by G2G3 for exclusive use by ServiceNow and its customers.
The new ServiceNow simulation offers an industry first through the integration of the immersive capabilities of a G2G3 IT management simulation with the powerful functionality of the ServiceNow cloud-based platform. This experiential learning and technology combination uses gaming dynamics to demonstrate ServiceNow value in the context of IT enterprise transformation while providing simulation participants with hands-on exposure to ServiceNow IT service automation applications.
ServiceNow will offer the G2G3 simulation through its training organization.
In addition, the G2G3 Readiness Program for ServiceNow will include this new simulation. These readiness programs focus on the ‘people’ aspect of ServiceNow implementations, driving engagement and helping ServiceNow customers maximize the value potential of their investment via simulation, education and communications.
