Realty ONE Group Continues Rapid Expansion in Orange County: Opens Anaheim Office
New Anaheim Office -- its Fifth in Orange County -- Underscores Realty ONE Group’s Proven Formula for Success and Agent Satisfaction; Veteran Manager Already has Team of 30 Professionals on Board
The full-service firm recently finished 2011 -- its second year in the marketplace – as the fourth-largest real estate brokerage in Orange County based on sales volume; up 693% in total sales and 641% in closed transactions.
The new location will provide more opportunities for local real estate agents to experience its proven model for success: a simple and attractive compensation plan, backed by a full suite of educational, managerial and technological support.
Realty ONE Group, a top firm in Nevada and Arizona, as well as California, has been recognized by INC. 500 for three consecutive years as one of the fastest-growing companies in America.
The Anaheim office, at 2300 East Katella Ave Suite 100, is managed by seasoned real estate pro, Vincente Kyan. With 25 years in the industry and extensive experience as a broker/manager, trainer and coach with several of the nation’s top firms, Kyan is poised for success with 30 professionals already on board.
“I am honored to join the management team at an organization that has achieved impressive accomplishments due to its agent-centric philosophy. This is a brokerage that empowers its agents by providing the most technological marketing tools, superior training and one-on-one coaching. As our competitors retrench in these crucial areas, Realty ONE Group is expanding its support,” Kyan said. “I am confident we're facing an exciting and profitable period, with plentiful opportunities for our agents.”
“Orange County is key to our growth, and Kyan will play a pivotal role in our efforts to maintain our status as a dominant player in this market,” said Kuba Jewgieniew, CEO and founder of Realty ONE Group. “We will leverage his strong leadership expertise and relationship management skills to enhance and expand our market share. “
Jewgieniew cites Realty ONE Group’s decision to open high-end offices in the “Platinum Triangle,” the most desirable executive area in Anaheim, as one of its distinguishing features. “While other firms are retreating from the ‘extras,’ we believe in offering physical offices to allow our agents to meet with their clients in comfort and privacy.
"Our business model is based on attracting quality real estate professionals and empowering them by offering more resources for less money," said Jewgieniew.
Realty One Group chose to site its newest office in Anaheim because of its central location to the areas with the highest number of transactions in Orange County. Its next Orange County office will be in Seal Beach, and further California expansion will include sites in Upland and San Diego.
Despite industry conditions, the firm has been expanding by both opening new offices and making strategic acquisitions. iqfop In August, it joined forces with Arizona powerhouse John Hall and Associates, a real estate leader for more than 30 years. CEO and founder Kuba Jewgieniew is actively seeking other similar synergies, in addition to exploring franchising in Florida and Texas.
